We supply wristbands, cards, fobs, tags, labels and readers to festivals, events, hotels, attractions and businesses, and focus on getting three things right: compatibility with your systems, quality of print, and delivery when you need it.

Our story

Built by hoteliers, for the people who buy them.

Our family has spent 75 years in hospitality, owning and operating hotels such as Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort & Tiki Bar. In all that time, wristbands and key cards were a constant irritation: generic designs, surprise minimums, chips that did not work with the system, and long silences on delivery dates.

Band and Key is the company we always wanted to buy from. We confirm compatibility before we quote, proof every design, test every chip, and give you a date we keep. Based in Panama City Beach, Florida, we work with hotels, resorts, festivals, events and businesses across the United States.
