These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Band and Key, a division of Hundur Hospitality (“Band and Key”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

This website is for enquiries only

Nothing can be bought or paid for on this website. Submitting a request, adding products to a request list or contacting us does not create an order or any obligation on either side. Product descriptions, images and lead times are for general information: every item is made to order and its final specification is confirmed in a written quote.

Quotes and orders

• A quote sets out the items, specifications, quantities, price, lead time, delivery terms and payment terms. It is valid for the period stated on it.
• An order is formed only when you accept a quote in writing and any agreed deposit or payment terms are met.
• Lead times are given in good faith and confirmed on each quote. We will tell you promptly if anything is likely to affect them.
• The terms stated on the quote, together with these terms, govern each order. If they conflict, the quote takes priority.
• Payment is due as set out on the quote. Production starts once artwork proofs are approved and any agreed deposit is received.
• Quantities of printed and chipped items can vary slightly from the number ordered; any allowance is stated on the quote.

Custom goods

Because items are made to your specification and carry your branding, they generally cannot be cancelled once production has started, and cannot be returned for change of mind. If goods arrive damaged or do not match the approved specification or proofs, tell us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we will repair, replace or credit the affected items. That is our only obligation for goods that are damaged or do not match the approved specification.

Your artwork and materials

When you send us logos, artwork or specifications, you confirm that you have the right to use them and permit us and our production partners to use them solely to prepare quotes and fulfil your orders.

Website content

The content of this website belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share it for the purpose of working with us, but not copy or reuse it for other commercial purposes without permission. Product images may show sample finishes; final items follow the approved specification.

Liability

We provide this website as it is and do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website. For any order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms, and any order placed with us, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the state and federal courts located in Bay County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Orders already agreed follow the terms in place when the quote was accepted.
